Visitor Website Eexperience

Your website is often your organization’s first point of contact and one of the chief ways to interact with your customers. When optimized and designed properly, your website can help consumer evaluate and find your products or services cost-effectively and quickly. Therefore, the way a visitor feels that very first moment a website loads will affect the entire browsing experience and your products.

All the designers have to look at these points before designing a website.

  • Website loading time Internet users are fickle, if a website does not loads faster they will click away to another site that can provide them with the information they were looking for. You can increase your website loading time by avoiding use of flash files or multimedia files.
  • Simple Navigation – Navigation should be simple yet effective. Since, navigation is used by visitors to move from one piece of content to another. When planning your navigation, just make sure that navigation buttons are always in the same place. So that visitor won’t have to search for it.
  • Colors – Colors used while designing the template should be pleasant on the eyes. If the colors are bright and hard on the eyes, then the visitors will click away. If the colors are appealing to the eyes, then the users will like to visit again.
  • High Quality Images – You should use high quality images in your website. Since, poor quality images will make your website appear amateur.
  • Compatible – Your design should be compatible with all browsers and Operating Systems i.e. it should be accessible and usable regardless of the browser and platform that is used to view it.
  • Font and Text Size – Make sure that you use standard fonts and text size. It should not be too dark or too light, it should be perfect.
